He's got something like 27 at the last count. Does the count exclude relatives by marriage? My sim had to go make a few more outside friends and then the plat kicked in. finally. And then I killed him. So who got the last laugh there? 8)

(Lilith got it easily in one game, as eight of her friends were family! (9 after Coral and Herb adopted a child.))
