Title: How do I get rid of unwanted Townies w/o regenerating them? Post by: stormygsa on 2006 April 24, 20:44:20 Hi! I read a previous post on how to create new townies and put them into the game. So I created 20 new townies to put in Pleasantview and then proceeded to kill off the original townies that I hate. When I checked SimPE, all of the townies I had killed, were there again. Did I do something wrong?
How can I get rid of Goopy and some of the other hated ones without having them regenerate? There must be an evil MATY method I'm not aware of. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help, Gail ;) Title: Re: How do I get rid of unwanted Townies w/o regenerating them? So they're fine as is, as long as they are alive again when you go back into the hood.
JMP has a townie no-regen hack, but if you kill off the original townies new ones will be generated...if you kill Goopy another Goopy won't spawn, you'll get someone different to replace him. Be glad: if it did, your neighbourhood would slowly destroy itself.
The only way to really get rid of the horrid default townies is to start a new neighbourhood and doing deleteallcharacters before playing it or adding subhoods.
