Title: Hey Brynne - or anyone with Radeon Mobility 9700 graphics - help??? Post by: nocomment on 2006 April 14, 21:21:53 I've specifically seen Brynne say she has a Radeon Mobility 9700 card, and it works well. I just bought a laptop with the same card, and I'm having problems. I get big flashing black blocks at the neighborhood screen and little black pixels twinkling here and there. When I load a house I get objects with jittery edges, and long triangles shooting out from moving objects.
I am assuming this is a driver issue. Well, it's more than an assumption. I had minor problems, and they got worse when I updated with the latest driver on the ATI site. So if anyone having good results with this card could tell me what version driver they use, I can try to track it down and use that. Thanks!
