Title: Why Won't Most of My Custom Content Appear in a Shop's Buy Mode? Post by: geekily on 2006 April 02, 23:17:39 Hi there,
I'm really sorry if this is a stupid question, but I just got OFB, and I was all excited to make a toy store. I downloaded tons of teddy and bunny bear recolors, dollhouse recolors, dolls, stuffed animals, all the toy downloads I could find. They all work great in the game, but once I get onto a lot, I can't find most of these things in the shop's buy mode. The recolors of the Wobbly Wabbit and toy chests that I downloaded are there, but not my dollhouse recolors and some others. And none of the non-recolor custom content, like the dolls or the giraffe stuffed animal, show up at all. Is there anything I can do to change this, or is that just the way it is? Thank you so much for your help! I really appreciate it! Title: Re: Why Won't Most of My Custom Content Appear in a Shop's Buy Mode? When you're looking for merchandise to sell, try using the basic at home catalog rather than the community catalog. It makes it so much easier! I have a toy store, too, and like you there are many custom-made objects in it--all the toys I could find to download! It's a pretty spiffy-looking store now, too, although they could use a little more stock.
