I've never been into the whole suburban housewife thing. I always preferred my Sex & the City.

parts of it sound too much like Hollywood/Stepford Wives ........Before moving into the neighborhood with your husband and son, you customize the look of your housewife by selecting from hundreds of facial features, body types and clothing options....... I like how whenever game developers try to make something that appeals to women, it tends to be really stereotypical. Like they will modify a game to add prettier clothing or something. All they have to do is make something that isn't a boring first person shooter, or yet another stupid WWII game. I think just adding more strategy and creativity to a game is enough. Also, this sounds really story based and there actually be little in common with TS2.
The entire gaming industry has turned into a place for people to make a quick buck than just about the games. Post by: lowlucious on 2006 March 31, 04:20:48 I usually like games that you can build an empire. I had hotel and casino empire and I pretty much like those games. I of course love my sims. I didn't care for that singles game. This game interests me because I like some games that have a storyline. I might check it out and see what its about.

For those excited about this game though, I probably won't convince you that this game won't be great. Just don't be shocked when you find that it's probably as shallow as a console TS game. I have one sister who just can't wait to call with any 'news' she hears. I chewed her out one day, told her I didn't need to know the kind of 'news' she was 'sharing'. Sheesh! ::) She no longer makes it a habit to let me in on everything that's going on. :D
Nah. I won't buy this game. I have games that I enjoy and none of them are murder, mayhem, or any of the above. Shoot, they're not even gory or anything, unless you count a lion that ran out of food in his exhibit going after an ostrich bad. LOL |
