Title: A larger employee hiring pool? Post by: Braveheart on 2006 March 23, 04:49:57 Is it at all possible to get have the game to give more options in the employee hiring pool? I only ever get the option to hire (I think its) 5 sims and often they are not the ones that I was hoping to hire. It would be nice if the game gave the option to hire from all of the sims in the neighborhood from teenagers to elders. Is there any hack along this line? I have seen the 'hire dormies' hack already so no need to mention that one. Thanks

Now (sheer fantasy time, here) if we could advertise for the position we needed to fill. Cashier, show me sims with register badges; Cook, show me sims with high cooking skill, etc. That would be nice. (Probably not possible, but I like to dream.)
Title: Re: A larger employee hiring pool? Post by: vilia on 2006 March 23, 06:19:05 Mr P has the 'no lame hires' hack. It doesn't widen the pool but it makes the selections more sensible so you have a higher chance of getting what you want.
