Title: OFB Cheat code question Post by: Gus Smedstad on 2006 March 05, 21:51:38 I seem to recall reading somewhere that there's a new cheat code that's analogous to MoveObjects that lets you place multiple items on a wall segment. It's not in the help list, though.
I'm not sure it will solve the problem I'm concerned with anyway, which is that sometimes a window will interfere with placing a roof. I'll get the "can't intersect with other objects" when placing the roof because part of the roof intrudes into the same wall segment as the window, even though the window and the roof won't actually intersect. MoveObjects doesn't defeat this. - Gus Title: Re: OFB Cheat code question Post by: Li'l Brudder on 2006 March 05, 21:55:01 It's hitting the alt key + the ctrl key.
When placing anything on the walls, hit alt+ctrl to place it regardless of what is on it. Try placing the roof, then the window. Title: Re: OFB Cheat code question Post by: Mirelly on 2006 March 05, 21:59:10 Roof placement is a pain. You should complete the roofing before adding windows and stairs.

In this particular case I was added a garage to a legacy lot, and the windows that were interfering with the garage's roof were on the main house.
