Title: Objects in more than one "downloads" folder? Post by: Regina on 2006 February 13, 08:04:23 This is weird! The other night I wanted to look at some objects in-game so instead of moving my Downloads folder out I decided to rename it, make a new one, put the stuff I wanted to see in the new one and load up my game.
I figured this would be an easy way to find exactly what it was I needed to check. Low and behold, not only did the stuff in the Downloads folder show up in my game, but also did the objects in the 'mess' folder. Since I was in my 'test' neighborhood with no sims I didn't think of looking to see if any make-up or clothes were showing, though. Title: Re: Objects in more than one "downloads" folder? You then need to quit the game, go to the new Sims 2 folder and create a 'Downloads' folder in that. Put your stuff you want to look at in there-fire up the game and voila! ;D Thats what I do to sort and test new downloads. (I also have another Sims 2 folder that has no CC or hacks to make my lots in)
I got this info from www.simlogical.com (Thanks Inge :-*) Title: Re: Objects in more than one "downloads" folder?
