More Awesome Than You!

I've already posted this on another website, but as you guys now so much about incredibly mods (and are more awesome than me :P), i wanted to ask you if there is a hack (and if there is not, if someone could make it ) that check if you have a higher relation with sims (lets say 40 or more, or better, that you are friends with them) before letting them use your fridge, shower in your bathroom, turn your tv...well you get the drill.

I remember asking for something like this a while back, in my case I think it was for family members who visit.  Always seemed silly to me that they couldn't fix themselves a meal or have a bath - same with best friends, really.  I know they can if you make them selectable, but that's not really the point.  I certainly don't get visitors taking baths or using the fridge (except at parties).  The only Sim I've known to use other people's showers and baths is Don Lothario and he doesn't give a hoot whether he knows them well or not.  I've always assumed he's been programmed to do it.   

Well it certainly has happened to me. Would such a thing be hard to do?  ???

Don is definitely odd in that respect - he also complains that he was asked to stay the night and there's nowhere to sleep!

Don is really really low in the neatness scale.  I was suprised when I saw he could salvage from a garbage can.

Could personality be determining this?

Oh btw, I experimented on him using the LD tombstone.  I made him pregnant with 3 alient babies, speeded up their pregnancies and turned them into adult.  I wanted to know if my replacement pollination technician worked.  He got suprinsingly handsome looking alien boys.

Why is everyone so mean to poor Don?  I always find him a nice wife, and he is a great husband and father, even though he's a bit of a slob!  And once he's up to about 3 cleaning skill points, if he wakes up and senses there are dirty plates in the kitchen, he goes straight downstairs to clean up!  And getting him out of the medical profession works wonders!

 He didn't have to suffer through 4 pregnancies, and the raising of 4 toddlers, children ect.  He popped them out in record them and I grew them to teens.  I was being nice! :)

But John Burb would have got aspiration points from it all!  Plus he's far more unlikeable than Don!

Yes, he always seems to get a lot of family wants!  I've actually played him as family in one game! I tend to think most of the Maxis characters have the wrong aspirations - Danile and Mary-Sue turn into great parents for both their daughters if you change him to Knowledge and her to family!  (I usually give Daniel long hair too - he looks much better!)
