More Awesome Than You!

I made some recolors for the Bathroom Uses You controller made by Pescado.  So if you don't like the Soviet Union symbol on your TP or if you'd like a dark color to blend in with a darker themed bathroom, here it is.  I currently have white and black, but I could be persuaded to make other colors too.


EDIT:  I have made some more recolors.  Below are cream, blue, and pink.  I have lilac further down the thread because I can only attach 4 files to one post.

EDIT #2:  All recolors are now in one zip file (since Stupid Josh deleted all MATY attachments).  Simply install the colors you want if you don't want them all.

If you're taking requests, I'd love to see blue, yellow, green, and red B.U.Y.C.'s as well (to match the tile sets for bathrooms).

There were some bathrooms that I just couldn't put it in because it didn't look right. Now, there's no reason for me not to have this in every bathroom.

Ok, I will do some more colors, it might be just a little while (work and stuff  :-\).  But I'll get on it now that I know there is some interest in them!

This is a great idea.  Cream, I think is a color that would look good in many settings.  I might have to look closer at the package myself to see if doing a rusty holder is possible.   ;D

And actually, if you might be so inclined, would you consider doing a white recolour of the giant eyeball baby controller?  That thing is pure hideousness.  ;D

I'll see what I can do.  On looking at the texture image of the baby controller, I see that it is named, "The Eye of Pescado-Camo-Show."  LOL  A lumpy grayish-white eye with a red iris...I guess that sounds about right for Pescado.

Oh....I like that idea! Great for the ghetto apartments.

Lol. Maybe you could do a world globe or sparkly disco ball. ;) Not sure what else would work, but those two come to mind.

I'm working on learning to recolor as we speak just for the purpose of recoloring the baby controller.  I will do a white one for blue, and then to further horrify pescado, I will find some nick duckies or bunnies or something of that sort to put on it.

Maybe a double headed smiley face? That would be cheerful *and* creepy. But you know what would be really cool? The death star. The Emperor commands you to change that diaper!

Here is a lilac recolor, my favorite color.  That's all I have for today. :)  Let me know how it looks in your games!

Is this a recolor of Crammyboy's new low poly mesh?  And if not, would you have to start your recolors over?

They work for all versions of the TP, both old and new meshes.

I have made some recolors a long time ago for Bathroomusesyou  to match maxis cheap and expensive Plumpings. Only Holder colored and paper white. Hope you can use it.

Ah, so the bar can be colored...  Okay I'll do a "trashy" rusted bar....

You just have to select which part of the picture you want to recolor.  The bar and the paper are all a part of the same image.

Ah, yes... you wanted a crappy, rusted, trashed recolor?  How is this? 
Yes, this roll of TP has been hiding under the trailer in an old cardboard box... And it's the last roll on the lot!  So into the old rusty holder it goes.  eeww... wonder how many dogs peed on that box?

Now I don't have to use the moveobjects on cheat so I can find somewhere to hide the toiletpaper... the soviet symbol, while awesome, just didn't "go with" the decor, y'know?

being terribly behind the times I'm just now getting around to trying the Bathroom Uses You hack out. If perhaps someone could be so kind as to re-upload/re-post the tp recolors that used to be found here, that would be swell.

Thanks jsalemi.  That first one isn't mine though, it's Lil Brudder's.  I will upload these to my original message plus the other one I made, which includes the original white and black colors.
