More Awesome Than You!

Well, long story short--  I can't build a decent house to save my life. If someone could build me a modernly decorarted one, with a MINIMUM of six bedrooms (including one large, and not including a nursery which would be off to the side of the master), I would be MORE than happy to... -cough- download anything said persons heart desires off TSR, and send it to 'em. (I have a one year subscription. xP)

I can't build to save my life, tis why I ask. Custom content is no problem, I'd muchly prefer decorated, and anyone who did this for me, would be WONDERFUL. I have all versions, including the holiday pack. :]

So... any takers?

I know how you feel there! My experiments with the "no family size limit" hack have left me looking exclusively for larger houses with tons of bedroom space. As it is the family is currently in a house I downloaded and adapted to a 5-bedroom/5-bath (not including nursery), with multiple beds in some rooms the house can sleep 3 Infant/Toddlers, 8 adults (have the no kids in double beds hack) and 7 children. I see so many houses built on smaller lots, but not nearly enough nice ones with a lot of room for an ever-expanding family! Unfortunately, I have no content to offer anyone, so I'm left searching the various sites for bigger places, which is often made annoying by sites that don't list the # of beds/baths of a house anywhere!

I'll do it.  It may take me a couple of weeks though.  And I love decorating them especially.  :)

But yes... muchly appreciated. :] I love big families, and all the houses are SO SMALL. Large lots aren't a problem with me, either. I can deal with loading times. :]

Especially since I'm getting an upgrade of RAM, and a new video card for Christmas. -Squee- ^^


A few weeks is fine, I do ten hour shifts, so I only get three days per week to play my beloved game. ^^

One final thing... a two car garage, if at all possible would be WONDERFUL. ^^ Sorry to be so picky.

Do you like 4esf furniture?  They have some largish modern houses ready furnished that you might like.  Can't count bedrooms in photo's, but I think they run to fewer larger rooms.  http://www.4eversimfantasy.eu.tf/

What size bedrooms did you have in mind and do you vote for playability or kerb appeal - cos they clash in my experience and you have to lean in one direction or the other.   I tend pop 4 beds in a room myself with no space to swing a cat.  All the other objects go in living rooms.  As long as they can get to the bed I'm happy.

I've got starter homes with 4esf furniture in ready done and have been thinking about building more.  I'm tied up now with a family for the Simpotence hood though.  If you like the esf stuff and you want the starter homes PM me with an e-mail address and I'll mail them.  Let me know if you have their furniture already or not so I know what to put in the RAR... I've got pretty much everything on their site that is free.  There's a linked site 11 dots - DK if they have houses.

If money isn't a problem, I have two-stories house with 3 bedrooms at the first floor + 3 bathrooms + kitchen + living room, and at the second story - one bedroom + 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. It's no problem, even for you, to add another 2 bedrooms + bathrooms upstairs.

The house has a parking with 2 cars, a pool, and a large playing yard.

It costs about 700,000$...:).

The house is furnished, with custom content, and the size is about 50,000 KB (50 mega)...:).

Victorian... <3 My town has some VERY gorgeous classic victorian homes, and they are absolutely stunning. Modernish is nice, (which is what Blue is doing. :]) and so is Victorian, and farm house style...

Yep, I submit on TSR as jenwar. I've put up a few Victorians so far, a couple are kinda big but some are smaller and I've got two I'll be submitting soon that are small.

35 Lucky Lane - $64,919 - app 6 bedrooms and app 4 bathrooms (with 1 wall added it could have 7 bedrooms)

45 Lucky Lane - $41,801 - app 7 bedrooms and app 3 bathrooms

I say "app" cause there are some rooms that be used as bedrooms or study/rec rooms or whatever (their bigger then 4x4) and some rooms can be used as a bathroom or a very small bedroom. Both Lots have plenty of room inside and out.

The more expensive one dosen't have room for a garage(sp?) but I know you can fit atleast 4 driveways. I haven't moved anyone into the other one yet so I don't know how driveways will fit.

This house has 3 floors, a pool and a poolhouse in the backyard and comes with a 2-car garage.  I completely wussed out when it came to the roof; I tried all the other roofs, and I am just not good at them.  So it has an auto-roof.

Large eat-in kitchen
Separate living room featuring fireplace

Large study

We have really good houses creator here. 

I am better at doing starter house than mansion... I have a lot of work to do before I even come close to do such wonderful houses.

The architecture is completely done, and now I'm working on landscaping and interior decorating.  I've never been able to use all my custom content sets before...now I can!  :D

I've been sick the past couple of days, so this is what I've been doing.  Poolhouse is completely decorated, and so is most of the first and second floors.  The third floor is partially decorated, but I have also stopped a bit to adust prices in SimPE.

So far, the house is sitting at around §350,000 and I expect to add another §50,000 or so.

Well...some crappy things happened today.  I finished the house about 30 minutes ago, and like a dumbass, I hadn't saved the lot in about 2 hours or so.

So, once I tried to save and exit to the lot, what happened?  That's right...the lot crashed the game/computer and I had to reboot.  >:(
