Title: Pricing of business/community lots Post by: witch on 2013 October 05, 06:49:28 I have a fambly, one of whom is going to run a store. I wanted to make my own store, so I cleared a 30x20 lot and set it as a hangout. The real estate register finally noticed it after a game reload and I thought it was all good. Then I noticed the price, set at upwards of $51K. This is a blank lot with nothing on it, I was going to build the shop as I went.
Anyone have any idea why there is such an astronomical price hike? I'll try wanding it but don't expect it to work as there are no objects on the lot. |
