I don't have a way to test this, so here it is MATY:

Do you have these two plants in your game?  Do you have a legit copy of the Al Fresco lot or did you decrap it from here?  I do not have them and no matter what I do I can't seem to get them.  I have to wonder if it is because my copy is arr'ed?

The only non-arrr'd thing in my game is Seasons - and I can see Lemons and Purple Eggplants.

Have you used KT's fixes?

I tried that.  No go.  I have the two plants in the debug buy menu, but when I place them they don't ever grow.  The only thing I can do with them is move or delete them.

When you placed them in game are they fully grown or dirt lumps? If the former then I've no clue. If the latter then it sounds like you have some kind of XML mod that affects the Plants list (S3_0333406C_00000000_D9C59893373DEB17_Plants) that needs to be updated for the 2 new ones.  I have my own to rearrange some of the classification of the plants (like egg & cheese down to uncommon and steak & burger to rare) which I need to update every time a new plant is added to the game otherwise I get the ungrowable brown dirt lumps.

Sounds like ccmerged fail to me.

There is a mod over at MTS http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=427297 (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=427297) which makes them available for purchase through the store, whether you have the lot installed or not, and they appear to work just fine.

No CC except this lot.  No mods except kt's and Awesomemod.  It's a completely fresh game.

edit: kt, you were right. Even though it was a new, regenerated Electronic Arts folder, once I replaced the ccmerge file it worked perfectly.  Thanks
