More Awesome Than You!

I'm hoping with this thread visible people will see it and not make another of the threads that seems to plague this section of the site. Its more likely this thread will be deleted, but I'm doing this with the best intentions.

I'll make it perfectly clear for those who have not updated their game to 1.33 and are still at 1.29

THE CURRENT VERSION OF AWESOMEMOD DOES NOT AND WILL NOT WORK WITH 1.29

The very nature of AM is that it's constantly updating with different bugfixes and tweaks in order to keep up with EA's patches. Pescado, the generous host he is, does not have the time or energy to make a seperate version of Awesomemod for a redundant and obsolete version of the game. He didn't do it during the Nuke From Orbit that was the CC issues in Pets, he won't cater to your inability to keep up with everyone now.

To continue using Awesomemod, you MUST update to 1.33. Do not ask for an older version of awesomemod that is compatible because nobody here is going to go through the trouble of finding it for you. Do not come here asking for help then telling us you're at 1.29 or you will be shown the door. Assimilate or be trampled beneath.

What's been going on lately? Why are people are reluctant to update?

1.29 onward caused all manner of annoying crashes to desktop caused by CC, Corrupt Saves, DEP, all kinds of crazy crap.

Is version 1.24 still available?

Ah, I hadn't read the site before. Just the Awesomemod download and announcements thread that says 1.24 'is available above' with no link. And I only the skimmed the OP briefly as it was boring me.

Would make sense to post older versions then you wouldn't need long winded angry posts in oversized red font telling people not to ask about it. I suppose you wouldn't have much to talk about then. Catch 22.

If you have done programming before you would know why supporting multiple versions, especially old versions is a bad idea.

At first glance, it looks like AM is only available up to 1.29 and is not available at v 1.31 and up. I know you don't want to make things easier for the tards; however, someone of at least average intelligence can get a bit confused looking at a post because the version number doesn't seem to match the actual version of the package.  I know hand holding is bad, but I thought I turned ass-doofus for a bit on this version thing. There are right bastards and then there are MATY citizens.  Avast and arrr and whatever.
