Title: Question Post by: Tia on 2012 March 21, 01:17:11 I don't know if this is in the right area but I was playing sims 3 last night and it crashed and now it has something weird in the crash log that I have no idea what it means. ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x00000080 I was wondering is this bad? If so how can I fix it.
Title: Re: Question Post by: jezzer on 2012 March 21, 01:18:49 Your game crashed and threw the word "VIOLATION" at you, and you're asking if this is bad?
Title: Re: Question Post by: Tia on 2012 March 21, 01:24:17 I know the violation part is bad I just need to know what caused it and how I can fix it. I took out a mod that I had been using and the game was acting like it was still in. So if thats the case is that what might have caused the crash?
Title: Re: Question Post by: ElectricSimmer on 2012 March 21, 01:35:51 The Sims 3 crash log analyzer might help.
Title: Re: Question Post by: RebelRed on 2012 March 21, 01:56:40 I always delete my caches when I remove a mod. This usually clears things up.
