This is a simple override for the hidden marker object that tells Proprietor NPCs where to stand on a Venue lot. It can be used to create certain effects, such as having them stand behind counters, or just to keep them in some out-of-the-way location. By default, the object is not in the Buy Mode catalog, meaning it cannot be used for custom venues.

Place the package in your Mods folder, and you can find it under Debug>Misc. The object is called "proprietorPlacement_ftp"

Yes. "The Sims 3 Showtime\GameData\Shared\Packages"  Open FullBuild_p12.package in s3pe, look for "proprietorPlacement_ftp" OBJD, export it to a package, open new package, change: FunctionSubCategoryFlags:0x0000000400000000 - Save and install into overrides.

I tried and it worked!
This is great. Without the proprietor marker I kept constantly getting error messages from the NRaas Overwatch mod whenever I used custom ST venues in my game. With this marker installed the error messages are gone :)

Obviousliy the marker should spawn by itself when you create a ST venue but it doesen't...

Is the marker movable and deletable once it's placed? I didn't check at the time I posted the instructions.

Yes it is, after switching to build and then back to buy.
