Title: Identical twin townies! Post by: MrsCrumplebottom on 2011 September 03, 15:18:31 I downloaded some nice new face templates and used the mailbox to create new townies and downtownies.
Now here's what has me scratching my head: I opened up SimPE to see what my new townies looked like...and sometimes there will be a townie with identical twins/triplets! They have different names, different personalities, and different aspirations...but their physical characteristics and clothing are identical! Has anyone else had this issue? I just delete the duplicates (the safe way, of course), but I'm still thinking...what the fudge.... Title: Re: Identical twin townies! Post by: Tarlia on 2011 September 03, 15:30:59 Downtownies are made from full sim templates, including appearance, clothes, makeup, accessories, hair and so on. Because the game is stupid, it has no check for whether a template has already been used or not when it creates a new downtownie. So, when you mass-create downtownies using the mailbox, there's a very good chance you'll get at least one pair of clones. It does no harm, it's just annoying.
