Title: Annoying boots - part 2 Post by: sabrieljo on 2011 January 30, 16:53:48 I know this subject has already been discussed where the baby is born wearing those annoying boots called night and day something or other, but my problem is a little different. I uninstalled Late Night because of some lag issues and everything seemed to be ok added back in some cc still everything seemed ok. Then one of my sims had a baby with these boots, went into edit sim and tried to remove them but ctd. I have gone through every folder in the game to try and find these boots but of course the only cc in the folders is what I have just re-installed not the boots, is there any way apart from a total re-install to remove them ?

Title: Re: Annoying boots - part 2 Post by: Tangie on 2011 January 30, 19:57:24 It's possible that they were a part of or camped a ride in with the CC you reinstalled. When I got them I was able to do as the above poster suggested, which was to just uninstall from the launcher. They don't look like boots in the launcher, though. You can find a post at Crazy Town that links to a list of corrupt CC and I think for the most part they include pics, in case you're not sure what you're looking for.
Title: Re: Annoying boots - part 2 Post by: sabrieljo on 2011 January 31, 14:23:02 Thanks for the info did'nt have the night and day shoes in the launcher but I did have a randon kimono which appeared from somewhere, I deleted that and it seemed to do the trick so whether the shoes were attached to that I have no idea, just another weird thing to do with cc
