I love URL sleuthing so I did the following investigation.

Interestingly, the direct link for Create-A-Pattern is:

which is from the official Sims 3 servers.

So similarily, is Create-A-World something like:

Anyone have an idea what the "767618" stand for? Version number? A date?

Replace ".exe" with ".dmg" and you have the direct link.
