Title: Installation failed: Please make sure your game has the latest Software Updates Post by: dantethedark on 2010 February 06, 04:27:31 I currently am updated to 1.7/2.2 and trying to get some of the newest stuff without getting the next updates which keep you from installing SimPacks. Anyone know how I can fix this issue? Is it just an EA Update Lure?

Anyone know how I can fix this issue? Is it just an EA Update Lure? Try extracting the .package file from the .sims3pack file using Delphy's Multi Extractor Tool, see if it works in-game.
