Title: Keep body weight..? Post by: Beruska on 2010 January 26, 16:56:10 Using "editsim" I make my sim very slim, then go back to the game and after few second her body weight changes to default. How can I keep her slim? I have also Jonha Sliders from MTS installed..
Title: Re: Keep body weight..? Post by: HomeschooledByTards on 2010 January 26, 17:00:09 Eat less and exercise more.
Title: Re: Keep body weight..? Post by: Beruska on 2010 January 26, 17:10:22 Well, that's not the answer I was actually looking for :) I mean is it ok that this is happening after changing her weight and going back to the game? Or i just do something wrong...

Or i just do something wrong... Well aren't you just a SPESHUL SNOWFLAKE? If you wanted your sim to be skinny in the first place, why didn't you make it that way? Now you have to work for it. That is the final answer. Bai bai. Title: Re: Keep body weight..? Post by: J. M. Pescado on 2010 January 26, 18:47:06 Bodyshape should not be adjusted using Editsim if you want it to stick: If you want those values to keep, use "setfitness and setfatness" to adjust them to numeric values.
Title: Re: Keep body weight..? Post by: svic on 2010 February 01, 07:08:12 You can use the lifetime reward 'Body Sculptor'

Title: Re: Keep body weight..? Post by: WWETorriefan on 2010 February 05, 03:24:31 Eat less and excercise? You shouldn't be eating when you have a green bar. Only eat when your bar turns yellow. Or you could just use the testingcheatsenabled cheat and click on the hunger bar and drag it to full.
Title: Re: Keep body weight..? Post by: Renvalka on 2010 February 05, 11:27:53 "editsim <SIM NAME>": As above. EXPERIMENTAL and UNSUPPORTED. Can edit facial features and favorites. Do not attempt to change a sim's weight, age, or traits using this command. No support will be provide for this command: YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!
From the manual, so yeah - eat less exercise more I'm afraid. Title: Re: Keep body weight..? Those cheat codes doesn't exist for me. ??? Title: Re: Keep body weight..? Post by: J. M. Pescado on 2010 February 10, 05:46:32 That sounds like a personal problem to me, soldier.
Title: Re: Keep body weight..? Post by: munds on 2010 February 11, 00:25:16 Actually, I just gave it a try and it seems "setfitness/setfatness" won't work with the selected sim, it gives the "no sim by that name" message. I tested this a few times with random sims, and I could always fitfat any other sim except for the one selected. Or maybe it's meant to work that way?
Title: Re: Keep body weight..? Post by: nythawk on 2010 February 11, 19:19:23 From the manual, so yeah - eat less exercise more I'm afraid. There's an actual manual for AM? Where is this located at? All I've ever seen is a brief RTFM text file with the mod. And that doesn't give a lot of detail for anything in it. Title: Re: Keep body weight..? So close it would bite you in the face and devour you whole if it were alive and you didn't taste like shit. Title: Re: Keep body weight..? Post by: Beruska on 2010 February 15, 22:13:59 Thanks for all the "great and usefull" advices.
So I did some googling and found the best way how to solve this. If anyone interested, search "The Sims 3 Neighborhood Workshop". Title: Re: Keep body weight..? Post by: J. M. Pescado on 2010 February 17, 19:13:56 The For Dummies manual should be in the Wikka, so people need to more diligently update it, because I don't speak Stupid.
