Title: Encouraging for everyone? Post by: Katze on 2005 July 28, 13:34:49 J.M. I wonder if it is possible to make the encouraging factor work for everyone, by that I mean if someone could encourage another sim no matter the age. As far as I have seen it only works on the kids now correct me if I'm wrong.
Would especially be nice for the E-mail challenge when you marry someone and you need them to be sloppy. It could also work to make someone more outgoing or active. Pescado on 2005 July 28, 13:36:33 The Encouragifactor obeys the standard rules of encouraging: Must have a family relationship and be of a greater age category. The case you're describing doesn't work because usually the two sims involved are of the same age category, and therefore cannot encourage.

Post by: nectere on 2005 July 28, 21:54:40 too bad they have to be related, I have often moved a sim out on his own and then moved in a townie teen to the rents house that I want the sim to marry, (to grow up) only they cant encourage the skills I want without being related. ::)
