Title: Napping in bed? GASP
Post by: speedreader on 2005 November 26, 13:37:42
If the appropriate hack were created (hint, hint), could Sims nap on their beds?  Occasionally I would like my nightshift Sims to curl up in their clothes and nap in comfort for a couple of hours, away from the commotion of family interactions.

And then, if we wanted it to be real life-like, small children would come in and ask for dinner even though daddy is awake and watching TV!!! ::)

You don't need a hack.  Just purchase a good recliner.

or try the couch.

I get what they're saying. When I come home from school, I don't nap in a recliner or on the living room couch, I take off my shoes and nap in my bed. I'd like this too.

I've wanted this too. Recliners and couches just don't give a lot of comfort or energy, and none come near the beds. I'm guessing though it'd require changing animations, which makes it more difficult.

I wouldn't mind even if the sims just hopped into bed as normal with maybe their underwear on, but had a limited time e.g. one or two sim hours, just enough to give them enough oomph to get through the evening. Maybe sleepclock could manage a nap?

I wouldn't even mind the relax animation for this, though I suppose they'd need to close their eyes. I guess what we need is a couch or recliner with better energy levels.
