Title: LAUNCHER: He's telling me I don't have things...but I do! Post by: Sparks on 2009 July 31, 11:29:57 Arred game [RZR version]; already patched up to 1.3...with no problems. I downloaded some lamp recolors from the Exchange. First, I used Delphy's Multi Pack Installer, created a folder and dropped all .package files into MODS/PACKAGES. Well, the game decided to ignore that: recolors would show up when clicking on an object BUT, they do not show up in the actual game as new recolor selections, only in the rotating preview.
So, I deleted the MODS/PACKAGES stuff and added the actual .sims3package files to the DOWNLOADS folder and opened the Launcher. Everything showed up okay, clicked INSTALL and got several messages saying I needed to install the premium item (mesh). All the premium shit I have came from here and torrents; I did not use the Launcher to install them. How can I open the Launcher' eyes and show him that I do have the premium items? Or, is there a way to make the recolors show up if I add the .package files back to the MODS/PACKAGES folder? Title: Re: LAUNCHER: He's telling me I don't have things...but I do! Post by: J. M.
