Ho ho, these look good. I'm especially liking the cherub one, the sport one is a little too close to an already in game hair, only with much nicer textures. Hurrah.

I know! Peggy's are too fake-looking for me.

I don't personally like them but I did thank HP on MTS.
Something about this accomplishment makes me really happy about the CC possibilities that are starting to open up. I thought we would all be stuck with Peggy's and SAU's overly styled Asian looking Anime Manga crap.

Unfortunately, these are styles that I didn't like, even in TS2, so I'm still holding out for something better. I do appreciate that there are now custom hairstyles for TS3, though.

Between this and her skinning and faces HP is pretty much the CAS mod hero of Sims 3 so far.

I used the SAU hair and the replacement Peggy hair recently, but it seemed to me that they are causing crashs. Without them all worked fine. Now Peggy has a non-replacement hair - does that make a difference or should we trust more in HP's abilities?

Are you sure it was both the hairs? We know the SAU hair still causes crashes, but the Peggy one should be fixed. Though I admit I haven't tried it... I'm not into giant foreheads.

You could be right, I just took them out together, perhaps the Peggy hair is fine, but I realized I didn't use it anyway. I wonder if it is the replacement thing that causes the crashes... there's one new non-replacement long hair mesh from Peggy, I guess I give it a try.

Yup. Peggy's stuff is just, well shit to be frank. HP puts EAxis and Peggy to shame.

HP is working on another hair, this time one that came with base game TS2. Hooray for custom hairs! She also has permission to convert all of Nouk's hairs.

Dammit, I really wish that someone would convert the cute ethnic styles (like the Afro Puffs) that came to MTS2 a few years ago.

Nouk's hairs were always my favorite in TS2. I'm glad we'll be getting them for TS3. The only other thing I'm really missing from TS2 is Bruno's makeup and lingerie.

Oh sweet Jeebus, yes.  I, too, miss Bruno's stuff already (uh, not including the open lips, that is).

That would give HP my foreva glory. I really miss them for my little kiddies.

Since I don't have the talent for that, I have to wait. Sigh.

I've always loved HP and Nouk's hairstyles the best too... and with the new AM+ISM mod... now HP needs to update her new hairstyles for us... cause the original ones are now causing a conflict and multiple game crashes... the IndieStone compatibility checker states that they are conflicting... both the Nouk Sports hairstyle and the Cherub hair... so hope she's able to do this right quick and of course she ROCKS the TS3 world !   :D  ;D  :-*

That is not a problem with the hair it is problem with the checker. It was designed to check for compatibility problems with mods, hair and objects and such weren't really around when it was made.

Ignore anything it says about hair, objects, clothing etc and just pay attention to any mod conflicts. If you have none then you are fine.

This makes me so happy. Even the one Peggy hair I sorta like has issues, I hate Gappy's laziness. My fatter sims and elder sims deserve love too. HP's development makes me confident we will have a lot more customization for TS3 than I previously feared we wouldn't.

I want MOAR ethnic styles as well. Eaxis really screwed the pooch on more diverse non-straight hair. Attn EA: Adding a few waves in different directions or different hat bands does not = variety.

I was very happy to see this up. Also, it's great to hear that HP is going to be converting Nouk hairs. Nouk is the only CC hair I allowed in my S2 game, except on occaision when I wanted to deliberately make some trashy looking sims.  I won't be able to download until this weekend, but I'm greatly looking forward to seeing my sims with more choices for hair.

I hope someone gets specialized in nice short hairs (both genders). I don't like Sims with long hair either female or male. It sticks in their clothes and TS3 hairs are much harder than TS2.
