They threw in a Mac version of TS3 which actually is the regular Windows version stuffed in a wine wrapper, and hope for the best.
They have noone over there who has the slightest idea of how a Mac/Unix system works, let alone troubleshooting the issues with their crappy mac software. The only help you can have from EA is about Windows, if ever. If you're on Mac, get on with it and GTFO. Well, nothing new for us Mac users, amirite? Specann, just go here (http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/smf/index.php/topic,15100.0.html), download what you need, install the usual way and leave those fuckers alone. It's all good for your sanity, trust me. And please, after you got a screenshot with Grab, convert it in jpeg or png in Preview; tiff is not a format supported by web browsers. One of the best (worst?) examples of überidiocy bumped back and forth between Microsoft and Apple at least twice for NO LOGICAL REASON, besides fucking idiocy.
