Title: Crashing Post by: Pico on 2009 May 31, 10:18:10 First, hello to you all.
Next, my problem. In an hour or so, my game crashed twice yesterday - just vanished. I remembered my TS2 experience and removed most cache files. Game regenerated them and crashing stopped. There are four cache files in the game now; I only removed three - I did not want to touch the script one and obviously it was not the one that caused crashes. All are marked as DBPF packages: CASPartCache compositorCache scriptCache - this is the one I did not remove simCompositorCache I can guess what they do from their names but still, I'd like to have another opinion. Also, I don't think that it is necessary to remove the three - probably removing just one should do the trick. But which one? Title: Re: Crashing Post by: J. M. Title: Re: Crashing Post by: Jonesi on 2009 May 31, 11:17:07 I had the same crashing too (with the RELOADED version), so I went back and read the comments from where I downloaded it from and one person who had the same problem said to turn the audio quality setting down to the lowest, I did and I haven't crashed or minimised since.
