I once tried to load the sims site on my cell phone. It didn't turn out too well and we got a bill in the mail. Apparently we weren't signed up for internet use (then why not prompt me beforehand?) on our phones, so we got a small fee. Next year, there are supposed to be models with WiFi, which is free, so I'll be able to surf the site from wherever. Can't wait!

The reason it was made a traffic offence here in the UK was there were numerous accidents while people were chatting on cell-phones instead of concentrating on their driving, and I believe people were killed.
