You shouldn't have to worry about any expansions you purchased before Bon Voyage came out in September 2007.

The Sims 2 Deluxe (released 2007/05/08) was the first Sims product with SecuROM. H&M (released 2007/06/05) required an earlier EP to run, and not many people bought Pet Stories (released 2007/06/19), so most people didn't notice SecuROM until Bon Voyage (released 2007/09/04). But any Sims products released after May 8th, 2007 have it. The only Sims product with SecuROM which doesn't have a no-cd is MySims. |
