Title: Mssing apartment mailbox Post by: valentinia on 2008 December 22, 01:28:26 I downloaded a lot not realizing it had a custom mailbox. I found out about it when I placed a Maxis apartment building from the bin and noticed it had a regular mailbox. I deleted the custom mailbox, but now my apartment building doesn't have a mailbox. Is there any way I can place an apartment mailbox on the lot (I couldn't find one in build mode). I am runny all EP, SP and have patched Apartment Life. Thank you. V
Title: Re: Mssing apartment mailbox Post by: jolrei on 2008 December 22, 02:32:35 Make sure you have the custom mailbox removed from your Downloads folder. Rezone your apartment lot to "residential" and save it.
Check to see if the normal residential mailbox appears. It should, I believe. Then rezone back to "apartmentbase" and save the lot and exit. When you go back into the lot, it should have the apartment mailbox.
