Title: Missing: "Throw Party" Option Post by: Guy In A Small Room on 2008 December 16, 21:54:59 Here's a puzzler:
My sims no longer have the option to "throw party." I usually don't bother, save for the university graduation party. Now, it only says "Move back to Pleasantview." I completely removed the Downloads folder, and the problem persists. So....it's not any hack. (I have all of the expansions, down to Apartment Life.) Any thoughts? Suggestions? Household tips? Other students, who haven't graduated, can't throw any other type of party, either. Title: Re: Missing: "Throw Party" Option Post by: GayJohnScarritt on 2008 December 16, 22:49:50 Even tho you said you removed your downloads folder, stray hacks can come in thru dowloaded lots and/or collections folder. Try backing up the entire Sims2 Folder and then backup that Neighborhood, remove the Sims2 folder and let the game spawn a new one. Put that Neighbood back in, go in and then see if the option is there. If it is, then you've got a stray hack conflict hiding somewhere.
