Title: Extracting Sfx, How? Post by: Richief on 2008 December 13, 00:04:33 I'm working on a CS bundle containing all CS items; items show up and play the right anims, etc. But I cannot extract sfx! It's the only part that's missing. Sfx1.package and Sfx2.package contain nameless mp3 or xa files, tracks settings and other unkown file types. Is there a way I can tell which is which, and which ones are the ones I need? Thanks for everyone who helps.

Also, I only know how to do it in Linux, and it's really messy and ugly. It involves guessing filenames, reading error logs, generating crc24s and crc32s, hexing, more hexing, more extracting, and so on, and so forth. Oh, and I can only do this in Linux. :P If you want more detailed instructions, be prepared to either hex hundreds of files manually, or install Linux. And that...is only the beginning.

They include the waterfall, fire, sound of cutting bamboo (or grass), gathering rocks with the pickaxe, and logs with the hatchet, etc. Ok, let's give it a try. |
