Sorry that I deleted the post yesterday, I had one too many Martinis.

Anyways I found this at the BBS, when I was going around mocking them for whining about their game problems, instead of trying to fix them:

So I decided to make a contest for who can post the most glitchy picture.

The rules are as follows:

-You may make the picture yourself, but you can not edit it outside the game. Therefore you should either back up your game, or create a new hood to mess around with.

-Like in More Awful Than You, it has to contain the special element designated, which will change every month.

-Also like in More Awful than You, the Judge will be assigned randomly. The Judge must find the winning pictures funny and tell why for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Honorary places.

-You may use game cheats, as this is more a comedy contest than a glitch hunting one.

-The official blooper pics are banned for obvious reasons.

-The Judge will be given invisible, tasteless, inedible salami.

Does this include the old favourite, exploding fat meshes, because EAxis did it first? (I believe it was an elder formal dress in Nightlife, though it was fixed in some patch/later EP.)

Faizah, I am not sure what you are talking about, but if it was made by Eaxis it is not allowed. Otherwise it would be to easy to find comical glitches.

Edit: I just realized what you meant. Exploding Fat morphs are fine, since there is nothing directly funny about them alone. This contest is not so much about the glitches themselves, as it is about some element of the picture that makes it funny.

Basically the person who posts the picture the judge finds most amusing wins, as described in the rules above. The biggest challenge there though is you don't know who the judge is yet, so this isn't as easy as it sounds.

It's a MAXIS mistake, and I don't have a screen shot, but everyone should try making a fat waiter. It is HILAROUS.

Yes, headless babby + dinner prep = high lulz. And I must agree that "Flashing Blue Swimming Vampire Nanny" is win, not only for the magnitude of its FUBAR but also for its comedic category-stacking.

That is tough... I think that would violate the exterior editing rule. We don't want it to be too easy, and you can make anything funny with captions. If you find a funny picture with captions, you may post it, but it will not be rated based on the caption.

I had to turn on moveobjects, grab the chair, and delete it -- and only then was he fine.

If an object is stuck in a sim and he seems to be entirely oblivious to it, if it is not stuck in a slot that he actually USES, it is unlikely to be noticed, and you will have to yank it out and delete it manually. Although this gives me the novel idea of creating a sim with a whole host of internal slots into which objects representing his internal organs may be placed...

I think that counts as an anatomy bork. Also, I'm fairly sure the fat mesh for the skinny clothes looks somewhat like a supermodel who's eight months pregnant. FUBAR.

I also remember something about using stretchSkeleton on dogs. Lemme try to dig that one up.

I have never seen this before, so I am inclined to attribute it to badly done CC skins.

You can tell Enayla that, then. Normally when I see something like that, it's because I've had a little too much fun mixing face template sets and something has gone terribly, horribly wrong. Not so with these. This 'hood is a Katuchan/Terrakosmos mix, which are very similar excepting the nose.

I have only Maxis skins.  You might not ever see it if you are efficient at taking care of toddlers.  I tend to just leave them in their cage while adults are busy, but if they wake up from a nap and are cranky they start screaming like little banshees, and that's when Tooth In Chin disease becomes evident.

She hadn't been screaming for long, but she was screaming. I'm getting a couple from $0 to $1m, plus furnishing their three-bedroom opulent home, by the time the eldest child is ready to go to college (4 days into teen stage), and the parents were selling those huge aquariums on the lawn. I was about to close things down so they could restock and wasn't going to stop before the last two were sold for the round.

In other news, $760k with nine days to go and only the girls' room and hobby room to finish.

Well, here is a sim with a snapped neck. I took a sim to a community lot and there was a townie just standing there with his neck broken. Nothing had "caused" it as far as I could tell. It actually took me a while to realize why the sim looked kind of odd.

I do believe Tooth In Chin disease happens to all toddlers when they're in that specific pose in the crib.

The tooth-in-chin thing isn't due to skins, but face shape.  The same thing can happen to sims older than toddler if they have a small chin and/or narrow mouth.  Tends to happen a lot more to toddlers in general due to their relatively similar face shapes, but it is possible to have a toddler face sculpt that isn't affected.

IIRC, the peen actually belongs to the sim he is going to woohoo, but that sim has sunk into the bed somehow.

I didn't even know about simPE back then; it just happened on its own. The child came back from school as a toddler. Go figure. After her mom randomly aged up the next day at 6 and then died of old age the day after, I just trashed the whole neighborhood and started from scratch!

This simPE thing interests me, though; does that mean you can safely create sims who look like one age category and act like another?

I've done it before, with no splodie at all. Of course, I'd play around with it for a bit in an unloved neighbourhood first. It's fun to make children act like adults and let them live on their own.

Oooh, I can just picture it: Frodo and Bilbo leading new lives in urban Pleasantville. Or perhaps a family of leprechauns? They could spend their days collecting the gold chests sims can dig up and then they can start the End of Rainbow Bank.

I thought of Peter Pan and The Lost Boys right off the bat.

Then I thought about how this power could be abused by creeps, and I don't think the charm of Peter Pan and crew can quite override that revelation.

WHAT HAS BEEN SEEN CAN NOT BE UNSEEN. *brain bleach brain bleach*

I don't think it would be that bad because the height differences would mess up all the animations. I hope.  :o

Anyway, you can do Peter Pan without any modification. They're fine as children, and you can have them living on their own if you add a teenage Wendy.

Sid Roseland? The dog guy. His face on the panel thing was weird. I had to go to his house to see if he had an actual invisible head, but he was fine. Just missing his eyebrows.

I was going to say that this probably wouldn't qualify as an anatomical bork when I first glanced upon the pillows. Then I saw the people sleeping. They are going to need an incredible amount of surgery to get out of that one.
