Title: M&G, some object makes Headmaster jump.
Post by: Aphrodite on 2008 November 25, 22:55:40
I can't (be bothered) to test the exact one, but am pretty sure it's one of the new ceiling fans that's causing a headmaster jump, 'cos once I removed all the fans and re-invited him the scenario was as normal.

I only have awesome stuff, so nya.

What is the point of the fans anyway? are they lights or fans or just deco?

Aph, who has never seen a real person get on their knees to smell flowers like a sim now does. *rolls eyes*

It would probably be more helpful if you singled it out to one ceiling fan instead of saying you can't be bothered with it.  That is not going to get a good response from the people here.  They will not do your work for you.

The jump indicates an error; to know what error, you need to enter debug mode, then post the resulting error log. Without this step, any guess is pretty much meaningless.

Fans are just decorations, as far as I can tell. I'm not sure if they even cool a sim off if it's overheated.

And as others said, without an error log it didn't happen...

Now THAT is something to look into.

Cooling off an overheated sim is meaningless, because if they are ceiling fans, they can only be placed indoors, and being indoors automatically cools sims anyway.
