Title: Is it possible to copy an EP from one PC to another?
Post by: venicia on 2008 November 25, 10:34:33
I bought a new PC earlier this year. When I went about reinstalling the game I noticed that my Nightlife disc 1 is gone.
That didn't bother me much at first, but now i want NL back.
I tried getting a Torrent first, but couldn't find one that was still seeded.
So I figured I'd try copying the NL folder from my old PC. I had no luck with that either. The game doesn't recognize NL at all. Is there anything besides the folder I need to copy/modify?
I admit I probably fail at searching. I looked for Nightlife disc lost, but all it gave me were suggestions to rebuy NL.
Is there any way to get NL back on my machine without having to pay for it again or do I have to  just suck it up?
Any help would be appreciated.

Copy the ISO, mount it, reinstall.

.
I tried getting a Torrent first, but couldn't find one that was still seeded.

Torrents for all of the Sims 2 expansions and packs in one set remain popular and available.  You could snag it from one of those torrents if you have trouble with Pescado's advice.
