But no one ever knows which retail store made the offer to their pre-ordered customers.

Not sure whether this is a problem with reading comprehension. The code given in the other link works to download from your link. However, the item downloaded from that link is named sculpturePlanterMoroccan.Sims2Pack. It's not the same file as the planter downloaded from the planter download link (did a binary diff), but I haven't confirmed yet whether it's actually the bench with the wrong name. So the bench is definitely not offered in Hong Kong or Taiwan....

I guess really no one offered the Bench, perhaps because EA forgot to give the code to the outlets. Just found out who offered the bench! It's XZONE at Czech Republic... Any CZ guys or ladies here?
