Title: Transferring (or copying)wardrobes from family to family Post by: Kitten on 2008 November 19, 17:29:49 If I have a family (say family A) and I want both family B and C to own the same wardrobe, is there any way to achieve this, sor example using simPE, that does not involve transferring family B and C to family A's lot? By wardrobe, I mean every outfit that family is entitled to wear, NOT just the outfits they are wearing. Many thanks.

And/or this: "Shop-at-home" Hacked Coat Hook - fixed 02 july 2007 (http://www.modthesims2.com/download.php?t=225251) by MaryLou and Numenor. Has someone made a better, shinier version of that in-game? No, BastDawn's creation is the only one yet that I know of. That is the original inspiration pic msalwaysright made. I guess it has been a while. Something else could be done, perhaps... Title: Re: Transferring (or copying)wardrobes from family to family Post by: J. M. Pescado on 2008 November 19, 18:22:01 Well, the only one I've seen looks like someone took the original EAxis pants and simply sawed them off in MSpaint. It is not quite the same, I think.
Title: Re: Transferring (or copying)wardrobes from family to family Post by: Kitten on 2008 November 19, 18:22:53 I've used the christianlove clothing collector in the past without much success. It only adds the outfits sims are currently wearing. Numenor's hacked coat hook would work for most purposes but unfortunately some of my families have outfits I can no longer buy thanks to freetime and all newer eps.

Title: Re: Transferring (or copying)wardrobes from family to family Post by: Kitten on 2008 November 19, 22:38:14 To the best of my understanding, Lord Darcy's fix only allows freetime outfits to be buyable. It's the original base game outfits I'm wanting. I did previously have a self-made hack, but it stopped working after freetime.

I did previously have a self-made hack, but it stopped working after freetime. Do you have K&B? K&B is known to break clothing unlockers for all base game outfits. More information is available here (http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/smf/index.php/topic,11717.msg330640.html#msg330640).If you have AL, base game clothing unlockers will work in AL Skins folder. |
