Title: Question about System Requirements Post by: tgcgoddess on 2008 August 27, 20:05:50 I went by the Sims2 website's listing of requirements (I know, what was I thinking) and pre-ordered the game, as the site stated the CPU requirements were only 1.3 GHz. Then I got the game and the box says 1.8. Would the game still run if I don't have that much? I know it probably wouldn't run on the highest settings, and I can live with that; I just don't want to open the game and try it, only to find out it won't work at all.

If you have less than minimum, I'd say it's not even worth it- but I'd recommend waiting for someone More Awesome Than Me to give a second opinion.
