Title: debug mode needs debugging... argh!
Post by: AllenABQ on 2005 November 04, 03:38:20
OK, I did "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" in the cheat window.

But while I can get the debugging functions that require clicking on a sim and such, hovering my cursor over objects in build and build mode no longer gives a description of the object file.

Likewise if I go into CAS, I used to get a popup message explaining that I was in debug mode and that I'd now be able to see all the hidden outfits and such which would be unlocked.

No more.  They don't show up.

Anyone got ideas as to why that might happen?  It originally worked in the game in CAS, then went back into CAS and noticed it had stop working.  Since then -- even restarting the game -- it's behaved like this.

 >:(

You normally have to hit CRTL-N inside CAS to see the special outfits.

Tried your advice.  Didn't change anything.

I thought it was Shift and N at the same time in the CAS? Hold on give me a sec I'll go look.

*edit: Yes, it's Shift and N at the same time
