Title: JellySpec: First attempt at Awesome Spec. Post by: Jelenedra on 2008 August 19, 04:56:28 So, this is my attempt at doing AwesomeSpec. Feel free to point and laugh.
Should be about $124,039. I have ALL EPS and all SP except for Family Fun. I'm pretty sure I used objects from everything. I didn't decorate over much, I wanted to keep the price down with as many bathrooms as I put in, that was hard. Title: Re: JellySpec: First attempt at Awesome Spec. Post by: Jelenedra on 2008 August 19, 15:09:56 Heh. Yes. I realized that I typoed in my screen shot AND forgot an outdoor shot. I will remedy this after work tonight. I was making the screen shots inbetween dying on netreking and was in a hurry to get this up.
I did not put fence around the lot because I figure most of us use empty templates and have no strays to worry about gnawing on flower beds. There is a gym, music room, and an office, all of which are big enough to be converted into more bedrooms if spawns get too crowded. Also room in the back for a pool, garden, or whatever floats your sims boat. I meant to add trees to the lot, and again, all I can say is that I was tired and you're lucky I remembered lights. I usually don't. |
