This is an unfurnished awesomespec-type house. It costs just under §29k. 3x3 size lot, plenty of room for expansion. Features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom upstairs. Nursery and 2 small bathrooms downstairs. Kitchen with separate dining area and a Living/Study room. Lockable stairwell. Access to garage from house. Anti-wolf fence in place. More rooms can be added as the family grows. All lights, alarms and a phone is placed. I didn't include a pond in this version as I forgot, I will in my furnished version. ;) No CC and all EPs and SPs up to FT & Ikea.

Furnished Version

2 (potentially 3) Bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, downstairs nursery. Pond has been included, but no pool this time. 2nd floor is much larger and a non-sim-freezing attic room has been added. Gardening stuff included. Comes in at about §164k (I think, forgot to write it down) Hasn't been playtested as yet, so if there are any problems, sorry. I should be playing with it later. No CC and requires all EPs/SPs up to FT/Ikea. Some pics:

You build like I play, if that makes sense.  I love logical, orderly homes without a lot of hooplah to get in the way of my views.  I am sooo grabbing this.  I am assuming no custom content (like walls or floors).

Oooh.  Easily expandable.  I'm always doing this (not necessarily attractively); I build to accommodate immediate needs affordably enough to get the family in, and then expand as family and resources increase.
