I have extracted the waterfall from castaway stories. Its been tested and seems to work fine.
UPDATE: now community enabled and have added trees and plants.

Thanks, I suppose you made it actually occupy only 2 tiles on purpose or was it like that in CS too? Anyway, that isn't really important I guess, but I'd suggest enabling it to be used in community lots too. ;)

im looking into making it community enabled. it supposed to be two tiles ingame. its acctually unbuyable in the game.

Heh. I went searching on google because I couldn't remember the dwarf's name.

MEGAUPLOAD is pretty horrible.  In the upper-right hand corner it says: Bitte hier (string of letters) eingeben. (Please type these letters here). Type in the letters in th box beside it and hit the download button.

Then you must bitte warten (please wait) for a minute. Stare at the page for a minute, watching the count down timer. Be glad you don't know German and therefore cannot read their shilling. Free download will eventually pop up. Click that button and leave that horrible sight/site forthwith.

I tried accessing that page several times and I had no idea what to do, so you're help is much appreciated. Pretty complex steps for something usually simple. Thank you for taking the time to explain this to me.

6/11/08: Came back to check if made for the commercial lots, pleasantly surprised to find it. This waterfall is one of my favorite items in Castaways. Now I can use it in both of my games and in both types of lots. Thank you for sharing this arogers!

Your waterfall is beautiful!  I even put it in the Castaways game and it works fine.  You find it under Containers.  Click on the link to see your waterfall in game.  I put it on the Lost Tribe village on Wanmami Island just to see if it worked.  The lots in Castaways are really what the waterfall works best on because you don't have to build the back for it although I also have your waterfall in my TS2 game, I did use the black rocks as you suggested.  Thanks for your work on this!

I thought the object was extracted from Castaway so it would be there already? ??? Or it wasn't buyable and only found on pre-made lots or something?

Edit: Sorry, just saw what arogers said earlier about it being unbuyable in the original.

It's unbuyable in the Castaways game--it's not even in the build mode.  It's only found on the Shady Lagoon lot.  Same goes for the Holy Grail that JM updated for TS2.  I use it in both games, CS and TS2.  In the CS game, it's only found in the House of Tuzu.  Now it's on several of my community lots in TS2.

About the plants though, I'm pretty sure Havelock already did all of them (most of them for sure) and they're actually smaller files (I think he said they pull textures from some of the plants Pescado extracted).

i was annoyed to find that the day after i extracted them the plants were on this site. not to sound big headed but i did upload them first.

You're right, I didn't mean to come off as critical of you, just saying they were there already. Checking the dates though, turns out you're right, you uploaded yours first, but I assume that because the topic title remained "CS Waterfall" that would be easy to miss. Which is actually what I did, I only discovered the updated waterfall and the plants a couple of days ago while randomly checking the thread. Anyway, I'm sure your work is appreciated either way. ;)

Sorry! I got asked for the Plants in the More CS stuff tread, no one told me you have made them. It would have been better if you had updated your tread Topic to display there is more then the Waterfall done.
