Polo Island is a beautiful island barely off the coast. It boasts numerous acres of beach front area, clear water, and plentiful flora.

May I request a community wedding venue?  Preferably themed and tacky but with no CC if possible. 

I love the shape. I prefer my 'hoods a lot smaller, but this is pretty.

I actually don't plan on developing the whole island. Most of the buildings will go on the east coast, and some will go in the corner there.  The rest will be forest or decorative.

Cheers, man.  Is this terrain totally flat and at sea level, or is there a higher elevation as well.  I'm just wondering about houses with basements or sunken levels.

I did my best to keep the terrain flat, but I noticed a few spots of unflatness near the coasts. The small piece of mainland is not flat, but it is not supposed to be used either. As for basements, I couldn't say. I haven't build anything yet. I spent all day trying to set up a Kuttoserver. Why don't you try to make one and report back?
