Post by: Swiftgold on 2008 April 02, 16:12:31 Just started a "freewill" house to see what would happen if I left them pretty much alone, and one of the first things one of Sims did was write in the diary in the basement until her hunger was orange - I finally broke rules and canceled it out because I'd just started the dang thing and didn't feel like having one of them die on the first day after I went to all the trouble of cloning them from another neighborhood. It was absolutely ridiculous - as was when two of them sat down facing each other and clutched the diaries to their chests and didn't move for three hours because of the other one.

Post by: Zazazu on 2008 April 02, 16:30:20 Emma and Goopy's one daughter, Sally, is constantly writing in her diary, because due to there being 3 snapdragons per floor, I generally just leave them to their own devices. As she'd otherwise just be checking herself out in the mirror (why? she's scary looking!) I actually prefer it.

Like even once an hour, is this sim stuck, has their code not progressed, have things failed to initialise? I suppose the jump bug is sort of like that, but when the sims are stuck it doesn't seem to indicate an error to the AI and that's just so weird.
