I've been working on rebuilding all the lots that are less than 10-stories or so in the main game, and finally finished preparing all of the sets. This set contains decorative dwellings: apartment buildings which are probably too large to play well, but look great as part of the neighborhood. All lots can be downloaded from my SC4 Lots/Decorative 4-shared folder (http://www.4shared.com/dir/6178227/6cd31bac/Decorative.html) and are named according to their titles. Unfortunately, I rushed to install FreeTime and didn't clean the files out. Oops. The portal revealer files (by Inge) are completely optional.
