The bathrooms could have the flushforce toilet but currently have a more aesthetically pleasing shitter. Routing should not be a problem. Heaps of room for expansion over the garage.
I've probably forgotten something, but I've attended to all the things I remember. Oh, fencing, it would need a couple of gates to block off the driveway and a bit more fencing.
