I've read that there is a certain order that is best for making "black sheep" (alien+vamp+werewolf+plantsim+zombie); transforming your sim out of order will cause them to have weird skin & transformation issues. Is this true? If so, what is the best order to try for? Obviously you have to start out with alien, but what about the others?

You cannot become an "alien" by any means other than being born that way. As for the correct "order", if you know what that is, I'll add a fixer for wonked skins into the Lot Debugger.
