I would like to make a first woohoo and woohoo memory red. Is there any way that I can do it?

IIRC you need to change a number in memory's raw data, from 0 to 4.
Try looking at another red memory, look where exactly is the '4' and do the same for the new one.

changing it from 0x0000 to 0x0004 definately make the memory red
