Neighbourhood Plumbobs

I'm sure I've seen a thread on this topic before, but I can't find it, and I can't remember the answer so I'm doomed to ask it again.

Is there any way to permenantly (or even temporarily) get rid of the plumbob and/or simolean signs over occupied/owned lots in the Neighbourhood view.

No, it doesn't.  I'd like to know how to get rid of them too.

Well, the only other in game command I can think of is "boolprop displayNeighborhoodProps false".  However, even if this does remove the plumbbobs (which I doubt) you would also be left without any decorative objects.  This is probably not ideal.

If I remember correctly, it was Jade Elliot who knew  of a way to rid herself of the plumbbobs. Try doing a search for her name and plumbbob.

Thanks for the thought, but I can't find her any where.

I tell you what. If I do find her or the answer I'll come back and tell you what it is.

But I don't think either of us should start holding our breaths
