is it possible (easy quick way) to view a furnished house lot value minus the furniture?

i would like to know what some houses would sale for if i was to move the family out.
or if there was a quick way to delete all of the furniture that would help also.

The only way you could do it is to package the lot to a file then install it to a test neighbourhood and move the family out. Then mouseover the lot to see how much it is worth.

I think there's a new cheat that came with Seasons, deleteallobjects? Although I haven't personally gotten it to work without an error. That could possibly get rid of all the furniture, but then you couldn't get it back.

It would only be a duplicate of your family and lot, the real family and lot would still be in place.
